I am Nikos! I am a 45 years old, I am from Greece and and have a family with my wife of 3 boys and one little girl.
I am ecom entrepreneur – specialist – coach. I am doing ecom since 2004 and I have generated (on my own companies) more than 25 millions of usd in sales since then.
I have done excessive retail, wholesale, amazon and every ecom model that you might think of. In short,
my journey started in 1999 while I was graduating from University when I start working as a free-lancer doing one man software projects.
But as every entrepreneur mind I wanted to do my own thing.. So in parallel in 2004 I launched my own e-com business in Greece. I had to get a consumer loan and submit a project plan to get governmental funding in a competition.. In which by the way we strongly believe that we were ranked much lower than if the results would be open to the public..
I continued to work on both projects until 2007 when despite a very generous offer that was offered to me from the software house I was getting the contracts, I chose to stop working as a solo software dev gunner and I decided to commit to the e-com project even if I could not even secure an adequate monthly payment for me.. I just knew I had to do it..
Finally my e-com biz took off in 2009 and we started to scale crazy, we even expanded to Amazon.co.uk and started selling to the whole Europe.. Through other channels also. We were importing from all over the World, China, Sweden, UK, US, Canada, Spain, Germany, Italy and where expanding.
I had built an instore erp + crm + website e-com software that automated almost any process of our business, amazing stuff. We had people from the bigger established business on online commerce coming to our company to see .. “how we do it..”
.. But then, the Economic Catastrophe in Greece hit. At that moment where where scaling hard and we didn’t had the time to set things properly.. So we were really damaged but continued to do big yearly sales.
Finally this project, even though it had wiped out my financial worries, became very tiring for me.. Physically and Psychologically..
So, long story short, me and my wife decided to left everything behind and focus on our quality of life and build everything from scratch again. Nothing would be possible without her.
So, we moved to an amazing island called Lemnos which is on the northeast corner of Greece just against Turkey. A kitesurfing paradise and forgotten in time. I decided to build a new ecom business completely online this time. And so I did..
Also, Expect from my e-com projects, I also run a software business and a coaching business. I coach people and share my experiences on the subject, acting as a mastermind member for them..
